Chauffeur and Assistance Services want to thank you for your understanding and support. We are officially open. If you would like to book us, please go ahead and contact us via our website, www.chauffeurandassistanceservices.com or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Of course, we have COVID-19 rules in place. Starting on August 3rd, we will have an optional Membership program in place. SEE BELOW.
Two contracts I had booked between 2:30 PM and 03:30 PM has ended. Starting January 2021, If you or if you know a family that needs to take their kids from home or school to an afterschool activity please let them know that these hours are open. You can book your ride right from this website site. Click on SCHEDULE above.
** Covid-19 Rules (Nonnegotiable - Our drivers have the right to refuse a ride if customer does not follow our rules.)
Our Drivers are required to wear cloth face masks. Gloves are optional.
Our Passengers are required to wear masks while inside our vehicles.
No passengers are allowed to sit in front. Therefore, we are limited on how many passengers we can handle.
If you have an item to put into our trunks, like luggage, your driver is no longer allowed to load or unload item. This is actually for your own safety.
VERY IMPORTANT- We are going to act like real Chauffeurs. Only the driver is allowed to open the Passenger’s door getting in and out of the car. That means the Passenger has to wait for the driver to come around to your door and open the door. This way the door handle is only touched by the driver.
IF YOU ARE SICK, PLEASE STAY HOME. This applies to drivers and passengers. Unless you are suffering from allergies, you need to sneeze in your mask and elbow. Please let your driver know that you are not sick, just allergies. Passengers, you have the right to refuse ride with no penalties if you think the driver is sick. Please let us know if this happens to you.
One new rule per COVID-19. NO FOOD OR DRINK consumption allowed in our cars. We used to allow this, however, after finding, a number of times, sticky candy on my seats and because you will be wearing a mask; eating and/or drinking will be difficult anyhow.
All drivers are required to wipe down area of customer seating for each ride, with a disinfectant cleanser.
Passengers, if you see any of our drivers not follow the rules above, please report them via email above or text us at 571-236-9178.
Starting 01 August 2020, we are implementing a VIP Membership Program. This membership will be required on all yearly contracted rides. Optional on everyday rides. Cost $30 a year. (Non-refundable – unless Chauffeur and Assistance Services cancels your membership). Anyone can purchase a VIP Membership.
Once you book your appointments and you are a registered VIP member, your bookings take precedence over a nonmember appointments. Even if they booked first. Of course, this is starting 01 August 2020.
** Please note ** First come first serve on VIP appointments. So, becoming a member is highly recommended.
If we have another quarantine or shutdown, ordered by our gov’t for any reason, your priorities will still remain once we re-open.
If you have a yearly contract and you are a VIP Member, you may have a ride outside of your regular schedule, your reservation is guaranteed (unless another VIP has reserved the same date and time).
*** The rules above can be changed at any time. Based on how we are doing with our pandemic scenario.
HOW TO SIGN UP FOR MEMBERSHIP,
Thank you and looking forward in serving you again.
